Frogged

I decided to frog my "Bugga Scarf". I love the yarn, and the pattern is quite pretty, but I just was not enjoying it. I severely dislike knitting scarves. I know this sounds silly, but for me, this is a big deal. I hardly ever frog a project. I like to think that I spend a good deal of time finding a match between the yarn, pattern, and me, and if all else fails, I slog through it. I hope this means I am growing as a knitter. It is a hobby after all and is supposed to be fun, right? On a positive note, I snagged some Cascade Venezia Worsted on sale for a Bellevue Cardigan. I'm hoping it arrives by the long weekend!

Yikes!

I cannot believe it has almost been a month since my last post. Mythica is done. I even wore it last week. I have not blocked it yet, but when I get around to doing that, I will do a proper post. What has been keeping me busy? Finals, then the start of summer classes, two research projects, travel, and of course the desire to enjoy summer. I have been doing a little knitting too. Yum, I love how those colors look together. I'd never noticed that before.
